Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY TIMES

As each display is hand made to order, our delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Please note that delivery time does not include weekends and holidays. Once your package is handed over to Royal Mail, our shipping provider, delivery time is at the hands of the postal service and out of our control.

PeggiPics Ltd is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Royal Mail
  • Wrong address given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO Box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

We will do our best to help, so please contact help@peggipics.com with your order number if you have a question about your shipment.

 

UK ORDERS

PeggiPics Ltd uses Royal Mail standard shipping. This does not have live tracking unless you have upgraded to tracked shipping. Whilst delivery is usually by two to three working days, please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Very occasionally bad weather, staff shortages and or strikes can cause delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PeggiPics Ltd uses Royal Mail standard air mail to ship your items (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). Please note that standard UK air mail does not have "in flight" tracking.

Depending on your local shipping company and customs clearance times, delivery can take anywhere between 8 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery delays and items returned to us as undeliverable, are often due to incomplete or incorrect addresses - please take a moment to double check your delivery address to avoid unnecessary delays or disappointment.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Items are shipped after making and packaging, via Royal Mail. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Tracking options are available for selection upon checkout. 

 

RETURNS

Should you wish to return you item or items, please contact us within 14 days following delivery and we will work with you to make things right. Include your order number, description of issue and photos if possible, as this will help us to help you faster. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to accept returns for customised items and photo prints, unless they are faulty.
