Due to Covid-19, flooding, wild fires and strikes (industrial action) occurring world wide, you may expect delays in receiving your packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PeggiPics Ltd use Royal Mail small packet postal service to ship your items by air mail. While delivery can be sooner, please allow anywhere from 8 to 30 business days depending on your location.

 

EU VAT 

PeggiPics participates in the EU Import One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) arrangment, meaning that you should not have to pay additional VAT charges to receive your item(s).

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

International orders shipping outside of the UK and EU may be subject to additional customs, duties and taxes determined by the destination country, order value and contents.

International customs, duties and taxes are not included in product prices and/or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for customs, duties and taxes unless otherwise stated or shown at checkout. Please check with your country's customs office before purchasing, to determine if any additional fees will need to be paid before or upon delivery of your order.
