PLACING AN ORDER

Add as many items as you like to your shopping cart while browsing our store. When you are ready to order - please go to your cart and click "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select a payment method for your PeggiPics displays - we will make your items and ship your package within 2-7 business days.

Our PeggiPics support team is always happy to help you at any step!

 

HOW DO I SEND MY PHOTOS FOR PRINTING?

Simply email your chosen photos to our PeggiPrints team with your name and order number. Your photos will be individually checked to ensure that your prints will turn out looking great. Each photo will then be expertly edited and transformed into a fade resistant print.

 

CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We work hard to create and dispatch your order as soon as possible. If your package has not yet shipped, we will be happy to amend your order. If your order has already shipped, it is too late to make changes, but it will be possible to return your item or items if they are not customised or personalised.

 

WHAT'S MY ORDER STATUS?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled. Please note that business days do not include England public holidays and or weekends. All packages are shipped with Royal Mail.

If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact PeggiPics support team  to check your email address.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have selected tracked shipping, you will receive your tracking number when your order ships.

Please note that orders shipped by standard delivery will not have a tracking number for live updates. Orders dispatched to UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail post - please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery. International orders are sent by airmail - please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery.

Very occasionally UK delivery can take up to two weeks, and international delivery can take two to four weeks. Postal delays are unfortunately out of our control (could be due to bad weather, customs hold ups and or staff shortages) and we thank you for your patience. 

 

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Please contact us within 14 days or receiving your item(s) to arrange a return. The buyer is responsible for safe return of the item(s). We cannot accept returns for customised or personlised items, unless faulty.
